Equipment Description
This machine realizes truly automatic on polishing, cold welding, and whole winding process control. By the way of memorizing the first welding position, it can set parking when winds same coils so that implements to control winding process automatically. According to different foil materials and sizes of connection lines, it also can set feeding schedule about compaction power and pressure cylinder, and have the function of memory set. At the back of cold welding unit, there is a foil grinding unit to polish lower surface of welding point. After that, the metal cutting produced by polishing will be collected and cleaned by take-up reel and cleaner.
